Coaching

I offer both Personal Training and Group Training sessions. I also run bootcamp style classes. I work with all my clients to improve their fitness, health and wellbeing through individualised training programs that include resistance, cardiovascular, and mobility / flexibility training.

 

I do this by personalising their training programmes to suit all their needs, which then enables them to achieve their health and fitness goals in a seamless and effective manner. Specific goal setting is an important aspect of any fitness programme to ensure adherence and progression. My friendly yet serious approach to coaching builds my clients up, instead of breaking them down, helping them enjoy training in a fun and encouraging, yet non judgemental atmosphere.
